Meet Gary Hopkins
Gary Hopkins began his radio journey in 2011, presenting live shows for several stations, including Saturday afternoons and Sunday mornings. In 2018, Gary launched his own show, A Blast From the Past, which explored the UK and US charts. The success of that series led to the creation of A Blast from the 80s in 2018, followed by Blast from the 90s in 2020 and Blast from the 00s in 2022.
Gary’s engaging personality and deep love for music have made him a favorite among listeners. His shows are now broadcast worldwide, including on Poppyland Radio, where they’ve played a key role in growing the station’s audience.
