Meet Ken Rundel
Ken Rundel is a veteran broadcaster with a career that includes iconic stations like KZEW 98FM "The Zoo", WVIC Lansing, and W-4 Detroit. As program director and host, Ken became a central figure in the album rock movement, interviewing some of the biggest names in music. His background also includes stints as an attorney, actor, and improv comedian, adding layers of storytelling and humor to his radio personality.

MJ’s passion for music and art took root in St. Louis, where she was captivated by the legendary album rocker KSHE-95. Her artistic talent opened doors to the backstage world of rock, allowing her to connect with legends like Alvin Lee, Donovan, Randy California, and Ian Anderson. MJ’s creativity and unique perspective add a vivid layer of storytelling to The Flower Power Hour.
